You can create a request on the homepage by first clicking on a transport category and then the postal code or Enter the location of pickup and delivery and then proceed to “GET OFFERS”. On the next page you have the opportunity to enter the details of your request, such as floor, furniture, special services, desired date and photos, etc. On the final page you should enter your email and telephone number and set a password for your customer area (Mail Address serves as username) so that we can send you the offers.



You have the option of calling our customer service to get help. Our service staff will also be happy to take up the request for you. You also have the option of contacting us via online chat to get help.



After creating your request, we submit your request to the transport company online. They have the opportunity to see the requests created in their business area and to bid on the requests. You will receive an information email for every offer that is made to you and you can also rate it in your customer area.

In this customer area you can view your inquiries, see the offers of the transport companies, compare them and communicate with the entrepreneurs via the message area and negotiate if necessary.



Yes, you can communicate with the carriers and negotiate the price too. For every offer you receive, you have the opportunity to communicate with the freight forwarders via the message area, discuss details, clarify open questions and also negotiate.



You can click on "Forgotten password" in the registration area and receive a new password with your email address, which you can change as you wish in your customer area. If you are unsuccessful for any reason, you can also call customer support or get support via live chat.
